Strange Tales #67 - Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko art

Strange Tales #64
Strange Tales v1 #67, 1959 - After inventing a matter transporter, a scientist is accidentally sent to another planet in a distant galaxy. The artwork is wildly creative, combined with thoughtful layouts and pacing. Steve Ditko's rich imagination is evident here. In separate story, another scientist gains the power to move at the speed of light, rendering himself invisible to people. Jack Kirby takes a more conservative approach to the layouts, but his pencils are more than sufficient. This story was later reprinted in Giant-size Man-Thing #1. Other artists in this golden age comic include Don Heck. Cover by Joe Sinnott. This is 1 of 74 Strange Tales issues by Kirby and 3 of 82 Strange Tales issues by Ditko
